After the vacation of the Diana World Title and the Elizabeth title on their 14th December show, alongside the vacation of the Tag Team titles in October, Diana looked to start 2026 – their 15th anniversary year – with a fresh start and fresh champions.

That fresh start came at today’s 15th Anniversary show at Cultzz Kawasaki where not only would the company be crowning three new champions, but they would be debuting brand-new title designs as well.

Ayako Sato defeated both Kaori Yoneyama and Yumi Okha to become the 20th Elizabeth champion, whilst the team of Unagi Sayaka and Haruka Umesaki (collectively known as Chobuki) defeated Miran and CMLL’s Olympia to be crowned the 25th Diana Tag Team Champions, with this being Umesaki’s fourth reign.

In the main event, Debbie Kietel – who had lost a title match the day the belt was vacated by Haruka Umesaki back in December – became the first foreign talent to ever hold the Diana World Championship when she pinned Nanami Hatano to become the 23rd champion.
