What do I Need to Know?

  • 6th Marigold Twinstar Champions Dark Wolf Army (CHIAKI (2) & Misa Matsui (1)) have been champions for 139 days – in their first reign. This will be the fifth title defence of their reign.
  • A win for Darkness Revolution would see them hit five successful defences of the belts and making them the most successful team in the title’s short lineage – beating the four set by inaugural champions MiraiSaku in 2024.
  • Nobody has won more all-time Marigold 2-on-2 tag team matches than CHIAKI (46 of her 71 matches), while Misa Matsui is in second having won 39 of her 64.
  • Kouki Amarei requested Miku Aono as her partner for this title match, feeling she needed to make it up to her after their first round exit during the Marigold 3D Trios Championships tournament.
  • 1st Marigold 3D Trios Champions Natsumi Showzuki (1), Mai Sakurai (1) & Erina Yamanaka (1) have been champions for 19 days – in their first reign. This will be the first title defence of their reign.
  • Mayu Iwatani, Victoria Yuzuki and Komomo Minami were knocked out of the 3D Trios Championships Tournament by eventual runners-up Darkness Revolution (Misa Matsui, Nagisa Nozaki and Rea Seto). This will be the first championship defence of the new belts.
  • This is the second time that Mai Sakurai (Twinstar Champion) and Natsumi Showzuki (Superfly Champion) have been inaugural champions during their time in Marigold.
  • Nobody has won more all-time Marigold multi-woman tag team matches than Mai Sakurai (37 of her 64 matches) while nobody has won more Marigold multi-woman matches in 2026 than Natsumi Showzuki (7 of her 8 matches).
  • 49th Independent Junior Heavyweight Champion Kuroshio TOKYO Japan has been champion for 69 days – in his first reign. This will be the first title defence of his reign.
  • Megaton has lost her last 26 singles matches in a row, having not won since a victory over Ryoko Sakimura at the end of May 2025, including three in a row to Kuroshio TOKYO Japan on the 3rd January 2026 at First Dream 2026. In fact, Megaton has only won three of her 37 Marigold singles matches, losing the remaining 34.
  • Shoko Koshino is currently undertaking a seven-match trail series, with her match against Utami Hayashishita being the second of the seven. She lost her first against Miku Aono in Chunichi Hall in Aichi on the 8th March.
  • Shoko’s all-time Marigold singles record is 5-4-1 having won one and lost two of her 2026 singles matches for the company. Meanwhile, Utami Hayashishita boasts an all-time Marigold singles record of 23-7-3 and has won her only prior singles match of the year against Chika Goto at First Dream 2026.
  • This will be the first ever singles match between the two.
  • Maddy Morgan makes her Japanese debut on this card. The 18 year old from Lancashire, England debuted in 2023 and has wrestled primarily in the UK save for a match in Germany’s WxW, and is a 2x LWF (Lancashire Wrestling Federation) Women’s Champion.
  • Angel Hayze also makes her Japanese debut on this show. She is a nine-year veteran from Scotland and has held multiple titles across the likes of ICW, TNT and British Empire Wrestling, even challenging – unsuccessfully – for the OTT Women’s Championship in December last year against Marigold alum Myla Grace. She also wrestled a handful of matches for NXT UK in 2021 and 2022.
  • Seri Yamaoka and Rea Seto meet in singles action for only the second time, with Seri having won their previous encounter during last year’s New Year Golden Garden tour.
  • Yamaoka sports a 14-8-3 all-time Marigold singles record, and has won and drawn her two singles matches thus far in 2026. Meanwhile, Rea’s all-time Marigold singles record sits at 15-19-2 with a 2026 record of 1-2
  • This will only be Shinno’s second ever three-way match, though she was victorious in it. Meanwhile, Hummingbird has a 7-11 all-time record in 3/4/5 way matches, with Nagisa Tachibana also having a losing overall record in this type of match (2-11).
  • Marigold rookie AI makes her pro-wrestling debut against Yuuka Yamazaki on this show, having entered the dojo with no prior sporting background.
  • Kizuna Tanaka will be absent from shows moving forward due to undergoing emergency surgery for a fractured and dislocated ankle sustained on the 17th January. There is currently no timetable for her return.
  • Minami Yuki will be absent from shows moving forward due to a knee injury she sustained in December 2025. There is currently no timetable for her return.
  • This will be Marigold’s twenty-sixth show at Korakuen Hall, with their previous attendance being 895 on the 23rd February. Overall, the company’s highest number at the venue remains the Marigold Fields Forever show that drew 1,523, while their lowest is 623 – giving the company an average of 934 at Korakuen Hall.
