Following today’s press conference, Stardom have confirmed the big matches ahead of their next PPV on the 7th February.
Previously confirmed was the World of Stardom Championship match between Saya Kamitani Starlight Kid, the unit war between Mi Vida Loca and EXV, Saki Kashima’s retirement road match with Syuri and Aya Sakura and Maki Itoh’s battle for the title of ‘cutest in the ring’.
Today, Ami Sourei has officially been named as Konami’s opponent for the Wonder of Stardom Championship having initially laid down her challenge at January 21st’s Korakuen Hall show, whilst the STARS team of Bea Priestley and Hanan will look to unseat BMI2000 for the Goddesses of Stardom Championships. Elsewhere, Rina takes her umbrage with Fuwa-chan’s fame and part-time schedule to the ring in another special singles match.
Also announced were the official rules for the EXV vs. Mi Vida Loca unit battle. Though initially a 5-on-5 match, the knee injury to Bozilla has subsequently forced Mi Vida Loca to contend the match under a 4-on-5 handicap. The match itself will take place under elimination rules in the form of a series of 10-minute singles matches, with whoever wins the match staying on for the next match while the loser is eliminated. Draws or double eliminations will result in both members of the match being eliminated, with eliminations occurring through pinfall, submission, over the top rope, countout and disqualification.
The announced card so far for Stardom Supreme Fight in Osaka 2026 on February 7th in EDION Arena, Osaka is as follows;
- World of Stardom Championship Match: Saya Kamitani (c) vs. Starlight Kid
- Wonder of Stardom Championship Match: Konami (c) vs. Ami Sourei
- Goddesses of Stardom Championships Match: BMI2000 (Natsuko Tora & Ruaka) (c) vs. STARS (Hanan & Bea Priestley)
- 5-on-4 Elimination Unit Battle: Mi Vida Loca (Suzu Suzuki, Rina Yamashita, Itsuki Aoki & Akira Kurogane) vs. EXV (Maika, HANAKO, Waka Tsukiyama, Xena & Rian)
- Singles Match: Saki Kashima vs. Syuri
- Singles Match: Aya Sakura vs. Maki Itoh
- Singles Match: Rina vs. Fuwa-chan
